Rupert Everett Has Not Cooked A Meal Since 1981

Hollywood star Rupert Everett admits he has not cooked a meal since 1981. Everett told the Cheltenham Literature festival, that he gave up cooking and hosting parties, after a disastrous party 25 years ago.

The 47-year-old actor said, "A storm blew up and the terrace was blown in through the windows. Then there was a fire caused by candles. The place was full of smoke. It all went wrong."

The star of the "Next Best Thing" says, "I go out for dinner every night... and I love it. I love going to the same restaurant every day, having the same food every day."
