While Paris Hilton is preparing for a court battle after a website exposed her sex life to the world, younger sister Nicky has been slapped with a lawsuit of her own.
The younger, quieter Hilton sister is being sued for breach of contract by Robert Falor Investments, a Chicago based developer.
The company employed the hotel heiress to use her "Nicky O" brand and assist in the interior design. However, according to court documents, Robert Falor claims that Hilton contracted out of her designing responsibilities, which were in conjunction with other famous designers such as Roberto Cavalli, and misrepresented her past experience in hotel design.
The Chicago hotel is the second Nicky O hotel. The original, in South Beach, Florida, was Hilton's first foray into the family business. The brand, however, is separate from the Hilton Hotel chain.
Falor is seeking unspecified damages from Hilton, who he funded with lavish parties, plasma televisions and a luxury car for her manager. He claims that he has spent over $1 million on her.
Earlier this month, Falor had hinted that the business partnership with Hilton was souring. He told the Miami Herald newspaper that he was not impressed with the video footage circling the Internet which features both Hilton sisters making racist and homophobic comments.
He said, "I'm shocked actually that she would participate in something like that."
Hilton and her manager, Paul Fisher, have not commented on the case.
