It seems like Wynona Judd's husband would probably make good friends with Michael Jackson.
Wynona has had enough and she refuses to stay married to somebody who's going to mess around with minors. The country artist filed for divorce on Tuesday from her husband of three years, D.R. Roach, after finding out he was up to no good.
It was recently revealed that Roach (a name that suits him perfectly) was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a minor last Thursday while being treated for alcohol and drug-related problems in rehab.
As soon as Wynona got word of this, she set out to seek an attorney and to tell her soon-to-be ex to hit the road and never come back.
However, the star is confident that, despite her current difficulties, she will be able to move forward.
In a statement, she said, "I am obviously devastated," Judd said in a statement. "Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully - by the Grace of God - become stronger. We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation."
Mr. Roach is currently behind bars. His bail is set for $750,000.
