A woman who took R. Kelly's pictures in a courtroom with her cell phone has pleaded guilty to contempt of court after spending time in jail.

Jean Johnson, 49, called herself R. Kelly's "biggest fan." Yet the woman was sentenced to five days in jail after her guilty plea Monday; she was released after Judge Vincent Gaughan gave her credit for the days she had already spent in custody. Her cell phone was also ordered destroyed.

Johnson said she couldn't help snapping the "Ignition" singer's photos while he sat across from her in court last Thursday. She also argued she didn't realize cameras weren't allowed in courtrooms.

"I feel stupid. I just got carried away. I'm a big fan of R. Kelly. I wanted it so that every time my phone rang, I could open it up and he'd be right there," Johnson says.

Johnson was in court to resolve a probation violation charge. Kelly had been charged with child pornography charges which stem from his alleged sexual activities in 1991.
