Country music icon Willie Nelson risks being locked up by posing on the cover of High Times magazine holding marijuana.

Nelson was fined and given six months probation in September 2006 after being found with large quantity of marijuana. However It doesn't stop him from supporting the drug.

The 74-year-old singer has performed at a recent benefit concert in Texas for the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML).

A police officer has told the New York Daily News that the country superstar is unlikely to land in trouble because of that picture.
