Vivica Fox Sentenced To 3-Year Probation

Actress Vivica A. Fox pleads guilty to DUI charges and has been sentenced to three years of probation and fined $400.

Fox, who had been arrested for drunk-driving on March 20 when she was caught going 80mph on a freeway. She was found to have a blood alcohol level above 0.08 percent.

California judge Stephen Pfaler orders the 43-year-old actress to enter a 90-day alcohol education program in addition to the probation and the fine.

The hearing was held in a Van Nuys, California court. Fox pleaded no contest through her lawyer.
