Vivica A. Fox Pulled Over For DUI

Vivica A. Fox joined a growing list of drunk-driving celebrities on Tuesday night when she was pulled over under suspicion of DUI.

The "Soul Food" actress was caught speeding on the Hollywood Freeway at 80mph by a nearby patrol car and was demanded to take a sobriety test.

It turns out Fox failed the breathalyzer tests with a blood-alcohol level of more than .08, which is the state's legal limit. She was then sent to jail and released on Wednesday morning.

Her manager has "no comment."
