The movie is about two firefighters who pretend to be a gay couple and will be directed by David Dobkin, who directed "Wedding Crashers."

The premise of the movie is that the firefighters posed as a married gay couple in order to get domestic benefits. The script has been floating around Universal Studios since the 1990s and various actors, including Will Smith, Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson and Nicholas Cage have all been considered for the leading roles.
