It seems like Vanessa Minnillo isn't such a sweet and innocent girl after all. Reports have confirmed that the "friend" pictured next to some disturbing images of Lindsay Lohan playing with knives is, in fact, Nick Lachey's girlfriend, Vanessa Minnillo.
Pictures of the "Entertainment Tonight" New York correspondent and cocaine addict starlet LinLo have currently made their way across the Internet. One image shows LinLo holding a knife up to Vanessa's neck, while another has Vanessa placing the knife towards the actress' breasts.
PEOPLE reports that the snapshots of the two playing with fire were taken last summer in June after a night out partying. The images made their way to the Web last week after X17Online were the first to post them.
With the new revealing pictures on the Web and Vanessa's recent departure from MTV's "TRL," many are speculating the reporter's career, particularly with "Entertainment Tonight," could now be on the line. And so could be her relationship with the handsome hunk.
