Miranda Kerr has finally sold her New York City apartment for $1.345 million.
The Victoria's Secret model - who is married to Orlando Bloom and has a two-year-old son Flynn - has reportedly told friends she wants to buy a bigger place for her family now that she has found a buyer for the property, which was on the market for almost three years.
A source close to the 29-year-old Australian star told the MailOnline.com: ''Miranda is moving out and she wants more space for her family''.
The property, which Miranda purchased for $1.084 million in 2006, was originally placed on the market in 2010 for $1.395 million shortly after she married her British actor husband, but the price was reduced to $1.175 million in February 2011 after failing to attract a buyer.
She temporarily removed it from the market until recently, but it is now listed as 'in contract' for $1.345 million.
The brunette beauty also owns a smaller apartment on the same floor, which was being occupied by Flynn's nanny, but is now being rented.
Miranda and Orlando were recently forced to deny rumours they were about to split up.
The model insisted all is well between them, although they are holding off on having another baby for the moment.
She said: ''We are really enjoying our time with Flynn at the moment. He's such a ball of love and he's so wonderful.
''And we are both so busy that I think it's nice to have that time together and not rush any other babies for now.''
