Jennifer Lopez is planning a rainbow-themed birthday party for her kids.
The 'Dance Again' singer's twins Max and Emme turn five on February 22 and the 43-year-old star wants to treat the adorable duo to a colourful fantasy fiesta with multi-coloured balloons, food and decorations.
She said: ''They're five next month. You know, they want a rainbow party. Lots of rainbow stuff. Very colourful!''
The brunette - who split the twins' father, Marc Anthony, in July 2011 and is now dating dancer Casper Smart - is excited about her role as a bankrupt divorcee in upcoming film 'Parker', and admitted she channelled her heartbreak over the divorce into her performance before putting on a brave face at home in front of the children.
Jennifer explained to Us Weekly magazine: ''[My character] was going through the worst moment in her life, and it just so happens that by the time we started filming, I was kind of feeling the same way. I was going through one of the hardest moments in my life with the separation and with the kids and everything, and it was very difficult.
''In front of kids and at work, you have to be so professional. You have to be so up for your children in that moment - I was lucky to be able to be in front of the camera and act exactly how I felt! So it was a blessing.''
