Matthew Morrison is planning a romantic vacation over New Year.
The 'Glee' star will take a break from filming the show's fourth series to see in 2013 on the beaches of Sydney, Australia with his girlfriend Renee Puente.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: ''We are going to spend New Year's hanging out in Sydney. They're supposed to have the best fireworks display, so I'm excited.''
The 34-year-old actor said is also going to have some family time over the festive period, sharing a cosy Christmas Day meal with Renee, 26, and his dad in California.
''My girlfriend and I had brunch at my dad's house.''
However, as he enjoys the sun and sand the former Broadway star will have to think up some resolutions for the year ahead, as he admits he usually leaves it to the last minute.
He added: ''I always come up with them a few days before so I haven't really thought about my resolutions yet.''
When he does come up with plans for the New Year, Matthew says they will likely be related to his new album of Broadway covers, due in the summer.
''A lot of them will probably be about how I want to lay this new record out and my goals for that.''
'Glee' series four starts on January 6th on Sky1.
