Jennifer Love Hewitt is selling her Los Angeles home.
The 'Ghost Whisperer' actress has put the stunning property on the market for $2.9 million after purchasing it in 1998 for $1.7 million.
The six-bedroom, six-bathroom home - which is situated in Los Angeles suburb Toluca Lake - sits on a quarter-acre of land, and is described as a ''traditional home with wonderful flow for living and entertaining''.
As well as selling a property, Jennifer, 33, is also renting out another home on the same street for $12,500-a-month.
She purchased the property for $5.5 million in 2006 and has now put it on the rental market.
The 3,216 sq ft pad is a Spanish-style home with four bedrooms, four bathrooms as well as private pool, spa and lakefront dock.
And no doubt both properties will come with good kitchens as she recently revealed her hobbies were pole dancing and baking.
She said: ''It's a great way to get in touch with your sexuality. I also love to cook, so I can have a cake in the oven while I do a pole dance.''
