Mel B suffered facial cuts after falling over in seven inch heels.
The Spice Girls singer - who is holidaying in Prague with her husband Stephen Belafonte and pals - was wearing high heeled Christian Louboutin shoes when she fell over and received a number of small lacerations and slight bruising on the lower part of her face.
She tweeted: ''Running in 7 inch louboutin no good!! I'm wearing prauge on my face!!! (sic)''
Mel has been enjoying a fun-filled break in the Czech Republic's capital after performing at the Closing Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympics with her Spice Girls bandmates last Sunday (12.08.12).
She has posted pictures of herself drinking shots and beer and partying with Stephen and her friends while tweeting about how much fun she is having.
She wrote, ''Whoop whoop prague I live you (sic),'' and ''Lovin prague tonight yippeee! (sic)''
She also revealed reuniting with Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Mel C at the Olympics has made her keen for another Spice Girls world tour.
She said: ''We're always talking about getting together. We always have cups of tea and dinners together. We're all friends at the end of the day.
''Those four girls mean everything to me. We had such an amazing time.
''We were hanging out in the dressing room all day because we had to get there at 10am on Sunday morning. We had a great time ... we were just hanging out, playing music and gossiping with each other. It was a lovely, proper girlie time.''
