Robert Pattinson would like to ''lick the pages'' of the book '50 Shades of Grey'.
The 'Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2' actor spoke about the erotic read while promoting the movie on yesterday (12.07.12) at Comic-Con.
When asked if he and Kristen Stewart had read E.L. James's bestseller, the actor didn't directly answer but oddly claimed he would lick the novel if it was in front of him.
He told television channel MTV: ''I would just sit there and lick the pages. What are we live on?''
The 26-year-old appeared with his on-screen and off-screen partner 22-year-old Kristen Stewart at the event in San Diego.
When asked if she reads it in a book club with Robert and co-star Taylor Lautner, she said: ''That would be disgusting.''
Robert opened up about filming kissing scenes with his girlfriend in the vampire flicks and explained that he leaves it up to her to do much of the work.
He explained: ''She always just kissed me and I'd always be like...''
Simply puckering his lips and referring to winning best kiss with Kristen in 'Breaking Dawn: Part 1' at the recent MTV Movie Awards, he said: ''I just receive. I just receive pecks.''
