Tara Reid fears she will ''mess up'' her relationships if she puts pressure on herself.
The 'American Pie' actress is in no rush to be in a relationship with another guy after revealing her marriage to Bulgarian businessman Zack Kehayov last year wasn't legal, and while she has recently been romantically linked with 60-year-old jeweller Fawaz Gruosi, the 36-year-old star is taking a relaxed approach to dating.
She said: ''When I was younger it was more important. But now I think if it's really meant to happen it's going to happen.
''When you put pressure on yourself you mess it up.''
Tara is also taking a chilled out approach to the possibility of starting a family in the future, but she is looking forward to being a ''great'' aunt to her brother's newborn.
She added: ''If I'm meant to have a kid I will. If I don't then I won't. My brother is having a baby soon and I'll be a great aunt. If it's meant to be in my cards then it's going to happen.
''There's still hope. I don't give up. We'll see. But I won't put all my eggs in one basket.''
