Mila Kunis' alleged stalker has been ordered to stay away from her.

Stuart Lynn Dunn, 27, appeared in a Los Angeles court today (17.05.12) and pleaded not guilty to two charges, felony stalking and stalking in violation of a restraining order - which were brought after police say he followed the actress to her Los Angeles gym several times over the last month and waited for her in the parking lot - with the judge issuing a protective order as part of his bail conditions.

The order forbids Dunn from harassing, threatening, assaulting, following, or contacting Mila in any way, TMZ reports.

Bail was set at $150,000 - a higher sum than usual in this type of case - and Dunn must return to court on May 31.

The man was previously arrested in January when he broke into a vacant Hollywood condominium belonging to the actress and briefly moved in to the property.

The following month, he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanour count of unauthorised entry of a dwelling and was ordered to stay away from the brunette beauty.

If convicted of the new charges, he faces up to four years in prison.
