Matthew Morrison delivered two babies when he was in high school.
The 'What to Expect When You're Expecting' actor's father is a midwife and the star got more involved than he had expected to when he did work experience with his dad.
He said: ''This movie ['What to Expect When You're Expecting'] is special to me because my dad is actually a midwife. During my senior year of high school, I went to work with him and actually delivered two babies myself.''
Although he is happy with girlfriend Renee Puente, who he has been dating for almost a year, Matthew insisted he is in no hurry to have children just yet, though he definitely wants a family eventually.
He said: ''I definitely want to have children, but I'm thinking a few years down the line.''
The 33-year-old star believes 'What to Expect When You're Expecting' is ideal viewing for first time parents.
He told more! magazine: ''It's a good movie for anyone who's probably going to have a kid, because I guess it's a little scary
for people going through that process.''
