Lamar Odom has taken a break from reality TV to focus on the London Olympics.
The basketball star and his wife Khloe Kardashian have decided not to make a new series of their show 'Khloe & Lamar' in the immediate future and Khloe revealed one of her husband's main ambitions is to make the Team USA Olympic basketball squad for the games in London this summer.
Khloe said: ''Lamar and I have chosen ... to take a break this summer. ... We just want to take a little time off for Lamar to be with family time, kids, basketball, Olympics, you never know. So, we have a lot on our plate right now.''
Lamar added to 'Entertainment Tonight': ''We just want to be happy. We'll take our time and we'll get back to it when it's time.''
Lamar left the Dallas Mavericks last month and is hoping for a trade at the end of the season but although the couple won't be starring in their own show any time soon, they will make ''occasional'' appearances on her family's main programme, 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'.
It was recently revealed that Khloe and her family - including mother Kris Jenner and sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian - had signed a three-year deal for more series of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' worth $40 million.
While Kris, her husband Bruce Jenner and her three eldest daughters are to be paid equally, her son Rob and youngest children Kendall and Kylie will get a smaller share of the money.
It is believed that the deal is the richest deal ever in reality TV and does not include any of the family's spin-off shows.
