Tulisa Contostavlos is a ''stronger'' person following her recent sex tape scandal.
The 23-year-old singer was stunned when X-rated footage of herself and former boyfriend MC Ultra - whose real name is Justin Edwards - was posted online last month but the pop beauty insists she has no regrets about any of her life experiences.
She said: ''I could sit all day long saying I wish I'd never done this or met that person, but at the end of the day, with the position I'm in, I can't exactly complain. Everything's taken me to the place that I'm in and made me the person I am. It just makes you stronger doesn't it?
''Obviously I have my downs but the ups just override everything don't they?''
Tulisa stunned many people when she posted a video message in response to the release of the sex tape but she believes it is always important to ''directly deal with'' uncomfortable situations, regardless of what other people may think.
She told Top of the Pops magazine: ''Don't just ignore it, directly deal with it. Everyone always feels it's best to ignore things and leave it, but I don't believe that.
''People are always going to judge you and that's fine - I couldn't care less - but let them judge you on the truth.
''If no one else is telling the truth, you're the only one who's going to.
''If people choose to believe you or don't believe you then whatever - that's their problem. You've done you and that's the main thing. Let the rest go over your head. The haters are ants to me.''
