Sarah Harding wants a ''body to die for''.

The Girls Aloud star - who recently completed a stint in rehab for alcohol and prescription pill addiction - is currently working hard on getting her ideal figure as she is keen to show ex-fiance Tom Crane what he is missing.

A source told Closer magazine: ''Sarah has thrown herself into exercise, which has been brilliant for her physically and mentally. She's become a huge fan of Bikram yoga - sometimes even taking two classes a day - and she's doing hundreds of sit-ups a day. She's drinking lots of water, cutting out most carbs and is filling up on protein. She says she has more energy and has told pals she no longer craves a drink. She's determined to have a body to die for and wants to show Tom what he's missing.''

However, while Sarah, 30, concentrates on getting healthy sources say the planned Girls Aloud reunion could be halted as she's not sure if she's ready to rejoin bandmates Cheryl Cole, Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts and Nadine Coyle at the moment.

A source said: ''Sarah's so busy working out, she's barely spoken to the other girls. She's told pals that five girls working so closely leads to bickering and rivalry and that's not what she needs. Sarah has pals who aren't famous and feels 'normal' people have a calming effect on her. When anyone asks about the reunion, she just says, 'If it happens, it happens.' ''
