Chris Brown has been accused of stealing a woman's phone.
The controversial star was approached while in his car outside the Cameo club in Miami by Christal Spann, who wanted to take a photo.
She claims as she tried to do this he ''reached though his car window and snatched her phone from her hands.''
According to a report she filed with Miami police, the 'Look at me Now' star then told her: ''Bitch, you aint going to put that on no website,'' put his car window up and drove away with the $500 iPhone device.
Christal filed her police report on Sunday (19.02.12), and if it becomes a legal matter, the incident could cause Chris trouble as he is still on probation for the 2009 assault of his then girlfriend, Rihanna.
A representative for the Miami Beach Police Department told website TMZ no arrests have been made and no warrant has been issued, but the incident is currently under investigation.
Rumours are abound Chris has reconciled with Rihanna after they were spotted at a number of events and appeared on a sexually explicit remix together.
This possibility has reportedly angered Rihanna's mentor, Jay-Z, who has just become a father for the first time with wife Beyonce Knowles.
A source told RadarOnline.com: ''He is now even more protective of the women in his life.
''Jay has told Rihanna he will never give his blessing for what she is doing with Chris.
''He has told her, this isn't going to end well, it never does. In Jay's opinion, Chris has rage issues that he doesn't think have been dealt with.''
