Beth Ditto has teamed up with MAC Cosmetics to create a new range of products.
The Gossip singer has been signed up by the firm to work on a limited-edition line, which expected to hit stores in June.
Beth will attend tonight's (26.01.12) Gala Sidaction Dîner de la Mode as a guest of John Demsey, group president of the Estée Lauder Cos. Inc. and chairman of the MAC AIDS Fund, and Karen Buglisi, MAC global brand president.
This is not Beth's first foray into the fashion and beauty world.
In 2010, she launched another clothing range for Evans.
Beth - whose debut line was released in 2009 to rave reviews - teamed up with the British high street store once more to create a new collection, which will cater for plus-sized women.
Talking about the new line an Evans spokesperson said: "It will be Victorian mixed with 80s punk, through to 40s vintage with a noughties modern edge."
Beth wears plus-sized clothes herself and knows it's important for larger women to be creative with clothes in order to flatter their body shape.
She has said: "I don't understand all these women who say they feel betrayed by fashion. A piece of clothing can't talk - it can't tell you that you can't have it - so really, you're just telling yourself that.
"You make yourself the victim, because if you want clothes that bad, then make them yourself. You have to get creative if you're fat. I'm really good at turning a belt into a necklace, and I can always find a nice pair of earrings."
