Backstreet Boys singer A.J. McLean has got married.
The 33-year-old star tied the knot to model bride Rochelle DeAnna Karidis in a gothic-themed ceremony in a clear tent at the Beverly Hills Hotel, California, yesterday (18.12.11).
The pair exchanged vows in a gazebo decorated with white hydrangeas and roman chandeliers before heading to the Crystal ballroom for a dinner and dance reception.
A.J.'s fellow band mates Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and Brian Littrell and former member Kevin Richardson are all believed to have attended the nuptials.
On Saturday (17.12.11), A.J. - whose real name is Alexander James - took to his twitter account to thank his fans for their support in the run up to his big day and posted a picture of himself looking calm and collected while donning a pair of sunglasses.
He tweeted: "Thanks for all the support and a married I will be. (sic)"
In an earlier message he admitted to being a bit anxious about his wedding, writing: "I'm so nervous and excited for tomorrow."
A.J. proposed to Rochelle on his 32nd birthday in January 2010 during a performance in Las Vegas and earlier this year the pair moved from Hollywood to the Valley area of Los Angeles to "raise a family", but the singer recently explained he is in no rush to have a kid.
He said: "I think we'll be married for about three years before we have kid."
In January, A.J. checked himself into rehab to receive treatment for substance abuse, just two months after the Backstreet Boys announced plans to stage a comeback.
