Jamie Foxx will present the Michael Jackson Tribute Concert.
The 43-year-old actor - who previously presented an homage to the late 'Thriller' singer at the BET Awards in 2009 - will host the show at The Millennium Stadium in Wales on October 8.
Artists including Christina Aguilera, Smokey Robinson, Cee Lo Green and Leona Lewis will perform at the event - which will be broadcast around the world - and guests will include his mother Katherine, although it has not been officially associated with his estate.
Each performer will sing a song from Michael's back catalogue.
Speaking about the event, Katherine said: "It is with great gratitude for me to give my complete blessing and full support to what I consider to be the one and only Official Michael Jackson Tribute Concert.
"I will be there along with as many members of my family that are available. I am positive that this event will be an event great enough in scale, talent and imagination to form a worthy celebration of Michael's life."
