Lauren Conrad is launching her Paper Crown clothing venture this fall.
The collection is the reality star's first range of contemporary priced items, including girlie dresses, tailored shorts and jackets, which will debut in US stores such as Nordstrom and Planet Blue next season.
Lauren told People.com: "I'm having so much fun with it. We wanted to do something that's just really well fitting, staples that you can build around."
The pieces are said to be "a collection for those who like to play dress up in a grown up world", and have been very well received by the fashion press.
The collection follows another range from Lauren, after her LC Lauren Conrad designs for retailer Kohl's.
The Paper Crown collection was originally intended to be the subject of a series following Lauren's fashion ventures on MTV, although the network axed it as it was "too highbrow".
After the Paper Crown collection, Lauren will concentrate on a holiday collection designed with holidays and parties in mind, which will feature more pieces in the $140-$300 range.
Lauren added: "I consider them investment pieces. We wanted them to be very classic feeling but still special."
