Heather Locklear is engaged to Jack Wagner.
The 49-year-old actress - who divorced Bon Jovi star Richie Sambora four years ago - is now set to wed the 51-year-old actor, who she met on the set of 'Melrose Place', in which they both starred.
Her representative confirmed: "Heather and Jack are engaged."
The forthcoming nuptials will be the third time Heather - who has 14-year-old daughter Ava from her relationship with Richie -has walked down the aisle, following a seven year marriage to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee from 1986 until 1993.
Jack is best known for playing a sea captain on long-running US TV show 'The Bold and the Beautiful', while Heather is currently working on 'The Assistants' alongside David Henrie.
The blonde-beauty has had a turbulent few years - last year she was arrested, and later cleared for, a hit-and-run accident after hitting a No Parking sign in Ventura County, California, and in 2008 she entered rehab seeking treatment for anxiety and depression.
