Cat Deeley loves "London style".

The 'So You Think You Can Dance' presenter - who was born and raised in the UK - has had to make changes to her wardrobe since moving to Los Angeles for television work but continues to believe the British capital is the place to see "chic women".

She said: "It's definitely been small changes to cope with the environment and all the sunshine and palm trees here.

"I love London style, I think London is full of some of the chicest, most directional amazing women in the world, and you can be walking down the street in London and people are so different and everyone's style is so different. No one wants to emulate anyone else, their style is their own and they are very individual."

However, the blonde beauty confesses she is a lot more "laid back" in Los Angeles because no one pays any attention to what people wear.

She said: "In Los Angeles it is so much more laid back, you can literally go for dinner in a tracksuit and no one will bat an eye. Literally in a tracksuit with two black eyes and a cast on your nose and no one will bat an eyelid."

Cat was speaking via Skype with Matthew Williamson at the launch of the Haagen-Dazs boudoir in London's West End last night (12.07.11) which is running from July 14-31.
