Kendra Wilkinson found her post-pregnancy figure a "culture shock".
The former Playboy model gave birth to Hank Randall Baskett IV in December - her first son with her American footballer husband Hank Baskett - and admits she wasn't used to seeing her usually slender body so out of shape.
Her insecurities increased when some of her girlfriends, including her 'Girls Next Door' co-star Holly Madison and Playboy model Tiffany Fallon, came to her house to see the baby.
She told Us Weekly magazine: "I had my friends over, and it was bad timing. They were really hot and had really nice bodies.
"I was just hoping Hank didn't look at my friends. Having a different body was such a culture shock. I'm so used to being hot and fit."
Kendra is slowly regaining her figure but is unhappy at the effect the pregnancy has had on her breasts.
The 24-year-old blonde star - who previously dated Playboy founder Hugh Hefner - said: "My breasts went from a 34C to an E. Now that they're going down, they're a little bigger than I want. I want to even out my body a little."
However, Kendra does like certain parts of her body and thinks her shapely rear is her best feature.
She added: "I love my legs, and I love my butt, but everything else I hate."
