Josh Duhamel insists his second wedding to Fergie was the "best date" the couple have ever had.
The 'Transformers' actor renewed his vows with the Black Eyed Peas singer just a few days before their first wedding anniversary on January 10, and Josh has revealed Fergie wasn't aware of his plans.
He told NBC: "It was the best date we had ever. I got to surprise her. I said, 'Just be ready at 3 o'clock.' "
Fergie, 34, and 37-year-old Josh attended last night's (17.01.10) Golden Globe awards and the singer-and-actress revealed she was planning to enjoy the evening because it was one of the couple's last nights together before she goes on tour with the Black Eyed Peas.
Speaking before the ceremony - which was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, in Beverly Hills, and was hosted by Ricky Gervais - she said: "It's date night!"
Fergie and Josh renewed their commitment to each other in a ceremony on a beach in California.
A source previously revealed: "Fergie was crying and seemed very emotional.
"They were both dressed nicely and walked right out to the bluff outside the hotel where weddings often take place. A minister was waiting for them."
