Britain's Duchess of York is looking for love. Sarah Ferguson recently holidayed in Spain with ex-husband Prince Andrew but laughed off speculation they are set to reconcile, claiming she hopes to find a new boyfriend soon.

She said: "Andrew and I are the best of friends. It's a wonderful thing."

"For sure, I would love to find love. It would be great for someone to join me on planet Sarah, but as yet no one is stepping forward."

Meanwhile, the duchess also admitted she is hoping historical drama "The Young Victoria," on which she was associate producer, is nominated for an Academy Award.

She said: "To win an Oscar ... how cool would that be. Of course, it would be a delight and yes, I think I am proud enough of the movie to say that."

A win for the movie would give the duchess' career a boost after she revealed she hopes to turn her popular children's books into animated movies.

She added to America's CBS TV network: "I love the idea and we're working on it now but I am not sure if I will be providing the voice over."
