Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas set gossip blogs afire with the news that the tween sensations were reuniting and not just in the recording studio. In two separate radio interviews, former flames Cyrus and Jonas say that the two have "reconnected."
The two have been spotted together recently, including riding jetskis together in Tybee Island, Georgia where Cyrus is filming her latest movie, "The Last Song." "He's my best friend, and we still hang out all the time, and we've definitely reconnected," Cyrus said in a radio interview with Tennessee radio station 106.7 The River. "We don't know what's going to happen in the future, but right now we're just kicking it and hanging out as much as we can."
In a radio interview with the UK's Radio 1 Live Lounge, Jonas also says the two have "reconnected." "I think we reconnected and that's what's important. You know, just hanging out, having a good time, enjoying life," he said.
Cyrus was previously dating 20-year-old underwear model and aspiring singer Justin Gaston, who reports say she broke up with last week. Twitter updates from both Cyrus and Gaston confirm the news, such as Gaston's tweet saying, "How many tears are in there? They've gotta run out soon right?"
