"Transformers" turned Megan Fox into an overnight star, but she doesn't want to be like Britney Spears. Fox says she sometimes gets "panic attacks" just thinking about what it's like to be Ms. Spears.

"I used to sit back and think, 'Please, Britney Spears has the best life ever'. She has everything she could ever want," she told Entertainment Weekly in a new interview. "But she has one of the worst lives. Her life is a living f---ing nightmare. I have panic attacks thinking about her life."

Fox is often photographed herself but she says that she doesn't have it as bad as someone like the "Circus" singer. "I'm thankful that it's still at this level. It will either get better or it will get worse," she says. "And hopefully by the time it gets worse, I'll be making enough so that I can have a f---ing security team to get me in and out of places."

But Fox, whose Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" hits theaters next week, says that's just what the industry she got herself into is like. "I don't regret it because I couldn't be doing anything else," she says.
