Miley Cyrus' boyfriend wishes he was a dog. Underwear model Justin Gaston - who has been dating the "Hannah Montana" star since last year - craves attention and would love to be a pampered pooch.

He said: "If I could, I'd be one of those little lapdogs that gets petted all day. You know, they wake up, get fed, get attention. I like attention. I'd like to be one of those little dogs. Is that weird?"

Justin, 20, also admitted he is struggling to cope with the constant media attention he has received since dating 16-year-old Miley.

He added to Details magazine: "I have nightmares about paparazzi. I always have these flashing things in my dreams. They're so scary."

Justin also insists he hasn't moved in with Miley and her family, which includes her famous dad Billy Ray Cyrus. He said: "I live in an apartment in North Hollywood with two guys!"

Justin is keen to make it in Hollywood and has already chosen the actor he would like to play him in a story about his life.

He revealed: "If Ashton Kutcher played me he would be a funnier me. He's a pretty funny guy. But I'm going to say Johnny Depp, just because I like Johnny Depp and we're just going to get crazy. Like, Johnny Depp's going to play an older me. Like, when I'm older, because he's a really cool actor and then I'll seem really cool."
