Penelope Cruz hosted a star-studded domino tournament in Cannes on Monday night.
The 35-year-old actress - who is in France promoting her upcoming musical 'Nine' at the Cannes Film Festival - invited stars including Orlando Bloom, Paris Hilton, Lily Cole and Peaches Geldof to the Hollywood Domino party, which raised money for AIDS research and prevention.
More than 250 guests braved warm temperatures to walk the red carpet by flaming torchlight.
Once inside the private house, partygoers were given drinks served in shot glasses hand-carved from ice.
Five sculptors worked throughout the night carving new glasses and waiters were forced to wear thick gloves so they could carry trays filled with liquid nitrogen to stop the creations melting.
While they played dominoes, celebrities enjoyed bespoke Akvinta vodka cocktails, chocolate dessert bowls, and an array of gourmet canapes topped with caviar.
The tournament ended at around 11pm and guests danced to the music of London group Urban Soul Orchestra until the early hours of the morning.
When festivities were over, guests were ferried back to their hotels in a Bugatti Veyron convertible and a fleet of luxury Maybach limousines.
