Jennifer Aniston will never marry again. The 40-year-old actress - who recently split from singer John Mayer after a year-long relationship - reportedly thinks she will never find a man she loves as much as her ex-husband Brad Pitt, who she divorced in 2005.
A source told America's OK! magazine: "Ever since Jennifer and Brad split, she has tried desperately to find another man who would win her heart and be the husband she's always dreamed of. But she now realizes that Brad's shoes are impossible to fill."
Brad now raises six children with his partner Angelina Jolie, and until recently Jennifer was keen to move on romantically.
However, after failed relationships with John, her "The Break-Up" co-star Vince Vaughn and British model Paul Sculfor - who is currently dating Cameron Diaz - she has now decided she would rather be alone.
The source said: "Jennifer put so much of herself into those relationships only to have all three end in heartbreak."
"More than anything, Jennifer wants to be a mom. She has dreamed of having a child ever since she was a little girl, and the fact that she may not have a partner isn't going to stop her from realizing that dream."
