Joel Madden And Nicole Richie Are Giving Baby Harlow A Baby Sister

"What's better than winning an Oscar?" asked Joel Madden, Good Charlotte frontman and boyfriend to Nicole Richie. The answer? Baby number two for the celebrity couple. According to the rocker, Baby Harlow "is going to be a big sister."

In an entry on Good Charlotte's official blog, Madden revealed the news, saying "I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family. Hope you're all feeling as good as I am right now."

Rumors of Richie's second pregnancy have been rampant since last summer, even fueling a Star magazine cover with the headline "Baby #2 for Nicole!" in December of 2009. Harlow Winter Kate Madden, Richie and Madden's first child, was born January 2008.
