Britain's Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, wants a "good looking, mischievous" boyfriend. Despite recently being linked to Norwegian frozen foods tycoon Geir Frantzen, the duchess - who divorced Prince Andrew in 1996 after separating four years earlier - insists she is still single but admits she would like to find someone special.
When asked if she had a lover, the 49-year-old duchess said: "No, but could you please write this down? I am available."
"I'd love to have a boyfriend. It's not that I'm looking but I think if my heart is open someone will walk in. Let's hope someone does."
"He's got to be good-looking, full of mischief and make me laugh a lot."
Despite her hunt for love, the duchess insists she would never walk down the aisle again but would expect potential partners to agree to certain conditions.
She added: "I'm not going to get married again but he'd have to sign a confidentiality agreement. That would be my answer to a pre-nuptial."
Sarah admits she "still loves" Andrew and believes they would have still been together if it weren't for the routine of royal life.
She explained to Ireland's Independent newspaper: "I suppose it was my naiveté because I married my man, my love. I love him today - he's a great gentleman - but what I hadn't realized was that I married the world and the nation, the firm, the brand."
"I remember them saying, 'perhaps you should leave the Navy and be Governor of Canada for a bit.' Looking back, if Andrew and I had been strong enough to say that we were going to do something like that, we probably would have still been together. But I can't be put in a box like that. I have to be me."
"One of the main reasons I left the royal family was because I didn't want to live a lie. I couldn't be what they wanted me to be. I couldn't conform to their rules and regulations."
