Simon Cowell has been seen enjoying a night out with his ex-girlfriend. The music mogul - who confirmed last month his six-year relationship with Terri Seymour had come to an end - took former lover Jackie St Claire to a party at London nightspot The Electric Birdcage this week.
A source said: "They looked like they were having a good time, although romance didn't seem to be on the menu. It seemed as though Simon just needed to spend time with a close friend to help him get over his split."
The 49-year-old star has previously described Jackie - who once worked as a topless model and held the title Miss Nude U.K. - as one of his "best friends" and often holidays with her in Barbados.
Simon is also extremely close to another of his ex-girlfriends Sinitta, who he dated 18 years ago and who now assists Simon on U.K. TV talent show "The X Factor."
He previously said of the pair: "Sinitta and Jackie are my family now. I don't think of them as ex-girlfriends anymore. They are an extension of my life."
"It must be infuriating but I'd never change because my ex-girlfriends are so close I couldn't imagine life without them."
Terri, 34, and Simon reportedly split over his refusal to have children - the same reason he parted ways with former pop star Sinitta, who had a 1986 hit with "So Macho."
Simon's mother Julie said at the time: "Simon has a right to his own life, we all do, but Terri wanted a baby and things didn't work out. The split was really based on the fact that she wanted a baby and to get married."
