Chris Rock wants to play a princess in a movie. The "Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa" star - who voices fast-talking zebra Marty in the animated film - would love to don a glamorous gown and tiara to win favor with his daughters Lola Simone, six, and Zahra Savannah, four.

Speaking at the U.K. premiere of "Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa" in London's Leicester Square Sunday night, he told BANG Showbiz: "I have two daughters, so the only way I can really impress them would be if I played a princess - so maybe that's my next move."

The funnyman also revealed a love for British comedy and says he would be interested in teaming up with controversial comic star Russell Brand.

He added: "I would love to work with Russell Brand - he's a pretty funny guy. He never returns my calls though. I think he's too busy with the girls."

"I'm a huge British comedy fan. I love anything Ricky Gervais does."

"Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa" is released in the U.S. this month and worldwide in early December.
