Robin Williams is having beaver for Thanksgiving. The "Mrs. Doubtfire" actor - who raises a son with ex-wife Valerie Velardi and has two children with estranged wife Marsha Garces - is refusing to have the traditional turkey meal on November 25, insisting he wants to try something unique.

When asked what his plans were for the annual public holiday, Robin replied to gossip website TMZ.com: "I'm going to hang out with my family and spend some time with them - it's going to be great."

Questioned about his choice of meal on the special day, Robin said: "No, no turkey. We are going to try something different - this year it's beaver!"

Robin recently revealed he has no intention of tying the knot for a third time as he can't face the thought of another failed relationship.

He explained: "It's not just for the financial reasons. People would think twice about divorce if they had to give up a body part instead of half their fortune."

"You know, you see someone with one leg and one arm, and you say, 'Hi, Bill, is this your third marriage?' Let's not get to fourth marriages."
