Lily Allen had fans worried after she posted an emotional blog on her official MySpace page.

The British singer has a tendency to speak her mind through her blogs, updating fans on her life, career and thoughts. However, while performing in the U.S., Lily posted an entry about her weight and revealed she is considering liposuction.

The "Smile" singer wrote, "I used to pride myself on being strong minded and not being some stupid girl obsessed with the way I look. I felt like it didn't matter if I was a bit chubby cause, I'm not a model, I'm a singer. I'm afraid I am not strong and have fallen victim to the evil machine. I write to you in a sea of tears from my hotel bed in Seattle, I have spent the past hour researching gastric bypass surgery, and laser liposuction."

In a short amount of time, Lily fans were outraged that their idol was concerned about her weight and posted positive body image comments to cheer her up.

The star, who is in chart competition with fellow British singer Amy Winehouse and compared herself to the waif-like blues singer, quickly responded to her fans and told them not to worry.

The curvy and outspoken star wrote, "I'm sorry if I worried anyone with the blog I wrote yesterday. I was feeling pretty sorry for myself, I've been reading all your comments and they have made me realize there is more to life than being thin! So thank you. I think I was just having a hard time last week."

Meanwhile, Lily's clothing range was launched in the U.K. just days after supermodel Kate Moss revealed her collection for TopShop. Lily wrote that being compared to Kate got her down. She said, "I was feeling pretty low and as well as that, some of you might know I launched my clothing line for new look last Tuesday, and seeing my picture in so many newspapers next to Kate Moss', made me feel grotesque momentarily. I know it's a silly way to feel and I am incredibly proud of myself and my achievements over the past year, there are so many good things about my life."

Lily had a similar breakdown after the Brit Awards when she lost to Amy Winehouse.
