Troubled actor, Tom Sizemore, receives three months probation for taking the drug methamphetamine.
At the hearing held in Los Angeles, California, Tom faced a possible 16 months behind bars, which brought on the waterworks as he tearfully confessed to violating his probation.
The original charge stems from a previous conviction for methamphetamine possession.
He tested positive for drugs so his new punishment is to submit to weekly drug tests during the three year probationary term, and also spend 90 days at a drug treatment center.
His probation was revoked for the first time last July when he admitted using a fake penis to supply urine for a drug test. He also failed to attend a compulsory drug test every three days.
Tom's probation was reinstated when the judge asserted the actor was making "remarkable" progress.
