Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott have welcomed their second child Monday in Los Angeles.

The baby, named Stella Doreen McDermott, was delivered via C-section at 3:13 p.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She weighs 6 pounds, 8 ounces.

A source explains to the network that the name "Doreen" comes from McDermott's late mother and "Stella" is just a name they both like.

Stella Doreen joins 1-year-old brother Liam Aaron.

The couple married in May 2006 and are set to return for the third season of their Oxygen reality series, "Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood," after giving up their "Tori & Dean: Inn Love" series.
