The day Eva Longoria officially becomes a "desperate housewife" is quickly approaching and her fiance is getting excited.
San Antonio Spurs player Tony Parker will marry Eva on July 7 in his native France. The sporting star is getting ready for the extravagant nuptials but says not everything reported about their day is true.
The couple were alleged to be shipping a wedding cake from Los Angeles to France, one of the sweetest counties in the world, at an expense of $11,000.
However, Tony dismisses the tasty rumor, saying, "You can't believe everything you read in the papers."
Tony has admitted that keeping the paparazzi away from his special day will be difficult. The star pair are exchanging vows at the Chateau Vaux-le-Vicomte, a 17th century castle.
The guest list is believed to include Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones, Jamie Foxx and the cast of "Desperate Housewives."
It will be Tony's first marriage and Eva's second.
