Tommy Lee and Kid Rock have been offered $1 million to settle their feud in the boxing ring.
Las Vegas nightclub boss Jeff Beacher wants the two ex-husbands of Pamela Anderson to battle it out in a winner takes all match, following their minor scuffle at the MTV Video Music awards on Sunday.
Beacher said: "We all know that they are fighting over Pam Anderson. What better way to settle their differences then to slug it out in the ring!"
Despite being at the centre of the disagreement, Pamela doesn't want to get involved in the feud.
The former 'Baywatch' star, who was also at the glitzy ceremony, said: "I'm staying out of it."
"I actually left before the fight. As soon as I left, meow! They went after each other."
The two men came to blows at the Las Vegas ceremony after Lee reportedly muttered something to Rock as he walked past his table.
However, Lee insists he did nothing to provoke Rock, saying: "I was minding myself and then he goes and punches me on the cheek. I was trying to be the bigger man, but he was acting childish."
"I was ready to go in the alley and kick his ass. I was about to put Kid in the emergency room when security grabbed me. They said, 'If you move, we will break your arms.'"
The two men were pulled apart by security and Lee was escorted straight out of the venue.
