Tom Cruise, Katie's multi-millionaire husband, has just bought a new family home to the tune of $35 million, making the Beckham's house seem...cheap.
The home wasn't even on the market when Tom made the generous offer, obviously feeling it was time to move his family into a new seven bedroom, gated estate. The house, in Beverly Hills, features a tennis court, nine bathrooms and was built in 1937.
The Hollywood couple's current residence is just minutes away from the Beckham's new property. However, according to reports, the new mansion is still close to the English stars' home so they can still borrow a cup of sugar when in need.
