Tom Wants Katie's Name Changed To Kate Cruise

Tom Cruise has been reportedly bugging his wife to change her name to Kate Cruise and Katie Holmes doesn't want to.

Reports say that they have argued over the issue many times, as she doesn't want to take his last name.

A source claims that Holmes confided, "Tom wants me to take his name. I can't tell you how many time we've argued about this."

Cruise also wants Holmes' first name change to Kate and it seems that she has complied with that as long as it's not her last name changed. Sources say she had signed the family's Christmas card as "Kate."

The couple had recently made it to US Weekly magazine's Couple of the Year list coming in at 2nd place behind Angelina and Brad Pitt.

They have 1 daughter, 20-month-old Suri. Cruise has 2 adopted children with ex-wife Nicole Kidman, 14-year-old Isabella and 12-year-old Connor.
