After years of legal trouble and drug abuse, Tom Sizemore is asking for just one more chance to right his wrongs.
The "Saving Private Ryan" actor was arrested in May in his car and was found with crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. It is not the first offense for the previous jailbird, who was found to be violating probation. He has previously served time for domestic abuse against ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss.
Tom, who had a VH1 reality show about his battle with drugs, wept when he met with a Los Angeles Superior Court judge.
He told Judge Cynthia Rayvis, "If you would please just give me one more chance for myself. I can guarantee that I will give it everything that's good about me."
If he is found guilty, the star could face up to 16 months in jail.
