Actor Tom Cruise, who recently spent time with Oprah Winfrey celebrating his 25 years in show business, has now embarked on a new mission. The actor with the mega-watt smile has launched his own website.
The site, www.TomCruise.com, is filled with photos of the star, a great video that encompasses all of his movies as well as a personal letter from Tom. In the letter he said he wants to thank his fans for their support and encourages them to explore the future with him.
Tom, who rose to fame with the movie "Risky Business," has also spent the last few years making headlines for jumping on Oprah's couch and for his stand on Scientology.
On the website, Tom offers to take his fans along with him on the journey of making movies. He writes, "My hope with this site is to bring you in and share with you the fun I experience every day during the filmmaking process, from working with the script, to the making of the film through to what we finally see when we settle in our seats and the lights go down."
Tom says one of his favorite things to do is escape by watching a movie, settling down in a seat with popcorn and soda.
